HQP’s Advisory Groups will be put in place for all relevant areas of spend which are covered by HQP Framework Agreements.
Advisory Groups are in place for the following areas of spend:
- Managed Print Services
- Catering Supplies and Equipment
- On-line Training
HQP will shortly be putting in place Advisory Groups for the following areas of spend:
- Washroom, cleaning and Janitorial Supplies
- Medical Supplies
- Energy (Gas and Electricity)
- IT Hardware and Peripherals
- Medical Equipment
- HR Services
Advisory Group Members are welcomed based on their technical and business expertise and together the Group will be able to ensure that the buying needs of all hospice partners are represented effectively.
Before Framework Agreements are in place, our Advisory Groups will support sourcing decisions such as what business and technical requirements are important to partner institutions, how many / type of suppliers we will work with and will help HQP select successful HQP Framework Suppliers.
Once a Framework Agreement is in place, our Advisory Group will support engagement across our partner institutions, will seek service delivery feedback and support improvements, helping develop further value opportunities with our HQP Framework Supplier.
